Intensity

Some days are just intense. There can be a variety of reasons for that. The important thing at the end of the day is to just be able to let it all go. All life just IS... yeah... it just is. There are various things we buy into in our process of living. And, what IS more important than life. Ultimately, life is our authenticity. It is the reality of us. Watch your life "play out" and you have a sense of your spiritual journey. As you engage in the outcomes, your life actually shifts. That is why at the end of the day... let it all go. By doing this you have a shot at altering all that has gone before. In the process of living, we can miss words that are spoken that come from our own emotional attachments to the ongoing outcomes we are generating through our emotional energies. The release allows a reset. It creates a transparency for us to take a look as if with new eyes, at least eyes unclouded by our attachments and judgments. That process is important. This process is similar to the adage, "A watched pot never boils!" We see this lesson in all of life. Try holding your breath for 3 minutes... yeah, that's what I mean. Same analogy. So, my point is, it is important to take regular breaks from life and the end of the day is perfect. It can be as simple as ending the day with gratitude. Your life, no matter what outcomes may have been generated, is this perfect gift for you. As much as we might "think" otherwise, life is not a random event, but very specific and very specific to the energies you hold on to. We worked with these in the lab. I've seen them permeate people in very surprising ways. Of course, that's why Dr. Hubbel hired me. To somehow see these correlations and make "sense" out of them. You CAN release yourself from all these accumulated judgments and emotional energies. At some point I can talk about that. What you do is very intuitive. At its heart you always know what to do... the trick is to DO it!!
